EHR Certification

This EHR Module is 2014 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
tgi Software holds Certificate No. 150017R00 for Autumn8 version 5.1, certified on 2/17/2015. Modules Tested: 170.314(a)(1-9, 11-15); 170.314(b)(1,2,4,5,7); 170.314(c)(1-3); 170.314(d)(1-8); 170.314(e)(1-3); 170.314(g)(2-4). Clinical Quality Measures tested: CMS050v3; CMS065v4; CMS068v4; CMS069v3; CMS138v3; CMS139v3; CMS155v3; CMS165v3; CMS166v4. Additional software used: DrFirst, MedlinePlus Connect, WellnessZone101, Network Time Protocol Daemon.
The additional types of costs that a user may encounter in the course of implementing and using this Modular EHR’s capabilities, whether to meet meaningful use objectives and measures or to achieve any other use within the scope of the health IT's certification, include: WellnessZone101 patient portal (annual subscription fee of $300 per clinic), DrFirst electronic prescription history portal (annual subscription fee of $300 per provider). There are no known limitations that a user may encounter in the course of implementing and using this Modular EHR’s capabilities, whether to meet meaningful use objectives and measures or to achieve any other use within the scope of the health IT's certification.
